Feng Shui Bagua Map

An important Feng Shui tool is call a Bagua Map.  The bagua map is made of nine different sections. In feng shui, these sections are called “guas,” so the whole map is called the bagua. Each section on the bagua represents a different area of your home or business, which corresponds to a specific area of your life.  There are different bagua maps depending on which school of feng shui you study.  The bagu map I like to use is from the Black Hat Sect.  Black hat sect is more common here in the west.

To line up your bagua map, stand at your front door, facing inside the home or business. Your front door corresponds with the bottom line of your bagua map. When we use the bagua, we always work from the main floor. So, from the front door facing in line up your bagua map.  Imagine if your home or business was divided into nine equal sections, this map will show what each are of your home or business is associated with in your life, according to the Bagua Map.  Also you will notice that each gua has a different color in each section.  These are powerful colors for that particular area of your home or business.  The colors are good to keep in mind and to use when appropriate.  It does not mean that is you have a auto mechanics shop and you want to have good relationships with your clients and the relationship corner happens to be the garage where you work  on cars you should paint int pink.
